We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your item please allow us 72 business hours to process your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as swimwear, intimates, undergarments, and/or bodysuits), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and clearance items or any item marked final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, final sales or gift cards.
We cannot guarantee the item you want will be available for an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have immediately and request to exchange it in your email. We will hold the item for 15 days from the time the return label is sent.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the return was approved. We will then issue you a store credit via an e-gift card which is sent to the email listed on your order.
